Cancellation Policy
Salon Services-Cancellations must be made 24 hours of your appointment or your card will be charged for half the amount of your appointment. You can reschedule, with no charge within 24 hours, for a new date.
Event Hair/Makeup-Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your date or you will be responsible for the amount agreed upon on booking. You can reschedule your date (2 times) and your deposit will go towards the new agreed date.
